Frequently Asked Questions – Visitors
Can anyone visit the show?
Best of Britain & Ireland is a strictly TRADE ONLY show and is not open to the general public. We recommend that all visitors pre-register. All visitors must prove that they fall within the relevant visitor category and must be buyers of the tourism products and services offered at the event.
Organisers take attempts at selling to our exhibitors very seriously and will evict anyone who doesn’t comply with this rule.
No students are permitted except by prior agreement with the organisers.
How much does it cost?
It is completely FREE to visit BoBI 2012 for trade visitors only. Your badge permits you to enter and exit the show as many times as you like over the two day period.
When will I receive my visitor badge?
Following successful registration, you will receive an email confirmation with further information about badges.
What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered?
No problem, your colleague simply needs to complete a registration form at the show entrance and then a visitor badge will be produced for them.
How can I plan my visit to BoBI 2012?
There are several ways you can plan your visit:
| - | The online Exhibitor Directory allows you to research exhibiting companies prior to the show |
| - | The Meeting Planner allows you to request meetings with exhibitors prior to the show |
| - | A complimentary copy of the the official Show Catalogue will be given to you upon arrival at BoBI |
| - | Floor Plan can be downloaded prior to the exhibition and it will also be included in the official Show Catalogue |
